Debra Loveday
Debra, has worked in Alexandra as a Conveyancer for over 29 years. Starting as a Conveyancing Clerk, in 1979 she went on to open Sargeants Murrindindi in January, 1995.
Debra gained her Conveyancer’s Licence in 2008 with the introduction of the Conveyancers Act 2006.
Helping clients feel at ease while they navigate the conveyancing process is a priority. With her extensive experience there are very few scenarios that haven't come across her desk.
In her spare time Deb enjoys gardening, reading and walking the rail trail with her dog, Maya.
Erin Hill
Erin joined the team at Sargeants Murrindindi and Yarra Ranges in March 2015. She began her career in real estate before moving across to conveyancing. Erin completed her Advanced Diploma of Conveyancing in 2017. Problem solving and getting a good result for her clients is Erin’s passion.
When Erin isn’t working she enjoys spending time reading, being outdoors and keeping a close eye on the real estate market, all whilst raising a young family with her husband.
Trudie Brooks
Trudie joined the team at Sargeants Murrindindi and Yarra Ranges in May 2019. Trudie completed her Advanced Diploma of Conveyancing in 2023. Helping clients with their conveyancing transactions and in particular excited first home buyers is what Trudie enjoys most.
When Trudie isn’t working she enjoys spending time with her family, working in her garden and training with her Toy Poodle Lola at the local dog obedience club.
Maya
If you happen to drop in to the office you will be greeted by Maya, Deb’s Staffy. Maya hangs out at the office with the team and is always up for a pat from the clients.
